Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 C powdered sugar
15 oz pumpkin
1t cinnamon
1\2t ginger

Directions:
1.  Beat cream cheese and sugar
2.  Add other ingredients and beat well 
3.  Eat with ginger snaps or apples and bananas 

Clearly, I love pumpkin and not just in fall!   You can have it for breakfast too!
